1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pak555 platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service provided by pak555, you ("the User") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak555. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pak555 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of pak555 regardless of location, device, or method of access. pak555 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on pak555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pak555 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18.
• You are registering voluntarily and on your own behalf. Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or under another person's identity, are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from pak555 or any related platform.
• You provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You hold only one active pak555 account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

pak555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including CNIC or passport) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak555 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your pak555 account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pak555 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. pak555 will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to maintain credential security.

pak555 employs SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and device recognition to protect user accounts. Users are encouraged to enable all available security features within their account settings.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

pak555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except where USDT TRC20 is selected, in which case the equivalent PKR value at the time of transaction applies.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in the pak555 cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• pak555 requires identity verification to be completed before processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds.
• pak555 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending fraud investigation or where documentation requirements have not been satisfied.
• Deposits made by third parties on a User's behalf are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

pak555 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges independent of pak555.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by pak555 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. pak555 reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• pak555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on pak555 are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

pak555 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical error. Where bets are voided, the stake is returned to the User's account balance. pak555's determination of the outcome of any event or game is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.

Cricket betting markets on pak555 cover PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches, and selected domestic Pakistani competitions. All cricket betting is subject to the applicable market rules displayed at time of bet placement.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak555. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one pak555 account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or incorrectly posted odds.
• Money laundering or using pak555 to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Attempting to circumvent pak555's responsible gaming or self-exclusion tools.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of pak555 or damages the experience of other users.

8. Responsible Gaming

pak555 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to assist users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from account settings.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications alerting the user to the duration of their active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from pak555, initiated from the account settings or via support.

Users who believe their gambling behaviour may be harmful are strongly encouraged to use these tools or contact pak555 support for assistance. pak555 does not reverse self-exclusion requests within the requested exclusion period. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak555 platform – including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and trademarks – is the exclusive property of pak555 or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pak555.

10. Limitation of Liability

pak555 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak555 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform. pak555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or business opportunity.

pak555's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments and Termination

pak555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pak555 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by communication to the User's registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

pak555 may suspend or terminate any User account with or without notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to pak555 or other users.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak555 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through pak555's internal dispute resolution process. Users may raise a dispute by contacting [email protected] with full details of the issue.

pak555 will acknowledge dispute submissions within five (5) business days and aim to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by pak555's licensing authority.

Users acknowledge their responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws in their jurisdiction when accessing and using pak555. pak555 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
